Return Policy for Incorrect Items

At Lafortune Allure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Contact Us
Notify us of the incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@lafortuneallure.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the incorrect item.
2. Return Authorization
Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the incorrect item back.
3. Shipping Costs
Lafortune Alllure will cover the shipping costs for the return of any wrong items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
4. Exchanges
Once we receive the incorrect item, we will promptly ship the correct item to you. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
5. Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.

Return Policy for Delivery Issues Due to Absence


At Lafortune Allure, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your products. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise when customers are not available to receive their orders. Please read the following guidelines for handling return problems due to delivery issues:

1. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not home, the package will be returned to our overseas warehouse.
2. Reshipping Process
Once the package is returned to the warehouse and verified to be undamaged, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You may choose to have the item reshipped at a cost of €17 per reshipping attempt.
3. Specified Reshipping Time
You must confirm the reshipping request within 14 days of being notified that the package has been returned to the warehouse. After this period, the order will be considered canceled, and no further reshipping will be possible.
4. Package Condition
Reshipping will only be processed if the returned package is undamaged.
